Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representative. As a fresher in this role, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your career in customer service. This is a full-time on-site role in Data Cleanser located in Chandigarh. As a Data Cleanser, you will respond to customers via phone or email. You will be responsible for outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers in a professional manner.
- Confirm and update customer details, such as contact information and account information.
- Accurately document customer responses and information in our system.
- Address any customer inquiries or concerns related to their details.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Meet daily call and confirmation targets.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high volume outbound calls to potential customers.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree.
- 0-1 years of experience.
