Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representative. As a fresher in this role, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your career in customer service. This is a full-time on-site role in Data Cleanser located in Chandigarh. As a Data Cleanser, you will respond to customers via phone or email. You will be responsible for outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers in a professional manner.
  • Confirm and update customer details, such as contact information and account information.
  • Accurately document customer responses and information in our system.
  • Address any customer inquiries or concerns related to their details.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Meet daily call and confirmation targets.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high volume outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree.
  • 0-1 years of experience.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow scripts and procedures effectively.
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and data entry tools.
